I was inspired by the question, “To what extent do I belong to all those I meet….” And I particularly loved the teaching, “Without joining in the first communion, it is doubtful that we receive the second.” The whole message encouraged me to not only consider this instruction in light of my approach with people day to day, but also to reflect further on the beauty and depth of communion within the Trinity and how that applies to my own way of living. Descriptive words such as equality, mutuality, and reciprocity apply to that relationship of God and are certainly fitting here, as well as the notion of the three divine persons being in relation to the point of dwelling within one another. That implies a level of solidarity that is hard to grasp mentally, but is there to strive for within our hearts and through our acts of service and love. Thanks once again for a beautiful reflection, Matador.anon 1noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2514529524983639875.post-91979773060792728482010-09-24T12:57:57.343-04:002010-09-24T12:57:57.343-04:00Great commentary Matador.

This gospel is a wake up call for me, when I think that perhaps I am sharing my best, today's gospel is telling me, Oh, no you can do more!
Take more care of the ones in need.Share what you have with others until it hurts. This is the way to heaven
Each week it is a new experience with the Word.
Many thanks for Fr. Estok for sharing his wisdom with us.
