This last year has been a year of poor health, and I've termed it the "dregs of joy".

Think of when you have a first sip of wine, the flavor, the aroma that fills you, the tingling, the different tastes that are sensed as you hold it in your mouth, and you also you feel quite clever with whatever it is you say. :) However, if you have two glasses of wine, the last sip is nothing like the first, although it has all the same features of the first, but we become "numb", we are not atune to the effervescence of that first sip. And so, through this year of poor health, I have learned to accept the "dregs of joy" knowing the heights of joy are simultaneous with the dregs of joy. Blessed be God in all our JOY!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2514529524983639875.post-59745336648258683202014-12-13T07:54:58.393-05:002014-12-13T07:54:58.393-05:00The Visual Prayer has ended, a " sweet sorrow...The Visual Prayer has ended, a " sweet sorrow" stays -- but yet I am overJoyed for those who "see and experience" the Holy Spirit's works...and continue the Visual Prayer in praying.

Spiritual friendship and Love has renewed me with great Joy!!!

Thank You.Christine Uveges / Eikona Studioshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11793181346969703981noreply@blogger.com
